PT INKA Multi Solusi Trading opens the widest opportunities for companies which have competence in the goods sector according to the company’s needs.

We focus on procuring production goods, components for passenger trains and bus driven trains as well as the needs of INKA Group parts.

Adapun langkah – langkah untuk bergabung menjadi vendor sebagai berikut:

  1. Buka website www.imst.id
  2. Choose Stakeholder Relation.
  3. Choose Vendor Management.
  4. Scroll down, download and complete Form Aplikasi Vendor (FAV) Form Aplikasi Vendor (FAV).
  5. Download and complete Pakta Integritas.
  6. PT. IMST accepts Partners engaged in:
    • Elektrik
    • Mekanik
    • Tools
    • Fastening
  7. Documents sent via email vendor.management@imst.id berupa soft copy dalam 1 (satu) folder Zip. Size maks @ 2 MB/ dokumen/ file.
  8. All documents are updated every 2 years and must be informed to Vendor Management. If it is not updated, we consider the vendor to be Inactive in the IMST Partner List (DRImst)
  9. If there is a change in PIC, address, phone number, email address, change in TTD PO, immediately inform Vendor Management - PT INKA Multi Solusi Trading by email.

  11. Only vendors who pass the verification process can take part in the Goods Procurement process at PT INKA Multi Solusi Trading
  12. All prospective vendors must be willing to comply with the regulations regarding the Guidelines for the Procurement of Goods and the laws and regulations related to the Procurement of Goods at PT INKA Multi Solusi Trading.
